The key to forming great teams is to know how to purpose-build a team with the right mix of Intellects. The key to operating great teams is to teach the team members how to utilize each other's natural, primary Intellect while minimizing each other's natural weaknesses.
We replace an inherent mistrust between the Intellects with and absolute respect for one another's Intellect. We are not trying to make everyone on the team best friends, but we do achieve absolute Inter-Intellect respect.
